Markets seem long

The recent upmove has been very Scary, Only one negative day. there are theories floating around; My favorite one is that Indian Mutual funds are suing up all the cash they were sitting on since they need to show good year end performance (I do not understand why Indian mutual fund buying would drive up world Indices). To me, the market has bottomed out and I am convinced (enough to take positions) after Nifty broke 3000 that this is THE relief rally and markets can go even upto 4000.
